Our aim is to spread as much knowledge here on the island (or abroad) as possible. This knowledge helps businesses increase effectiveness and productivity and probably the most important factor would be the reduction in cost.

How would this be translated into education?
Program objectives are:

• To enable the trainee to develop a critical understanding of the chosen application
• To enhance their awareness of the endless possibilities within the chosen application
• To provide exposure

To educate and train the student in a working environment by providing real-business examples We enjoy helping those who have a thirst for knowledge. Hands-on-tutoring is provided by either a Tips and Tricks session during the lunch break, or day-long courses. The choice is yours.

This is not all however! We have also given training in performance- and evaluation meetings for upper management. The course objectives were:

• Active listening
• Example evaluation discussion
• Example bad-news conversation
• Example on issue resolving conversations

What is there for us in the future?
ADG is starting it's own After School Events which will start mid October'09

What is this all about?
As education is a major part of us all think of our youth and knowing that the schooling system can provide so much, we have decided to start with an 2.5 hours tutoring for those willing to learn.

What are the major classes?
Mathematics, Physics and Economy

We have noticed that these areas are most in need of further exploration. To accomplish this, we have the best teachers on the island on board.
